Pet Wellness

Pet wellness at soh:m is designed as a calm, non-invasive experience using Red Light Therapy and PMST technology, thoughtfully adapted for dogs and cats.

These modalities are widely used in human wellness and animal care settings for their ability to support comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being — without medication, force, or invasive intervention.

A Non-Invasive, Respectful Approach

All pet wellness sessions at soh:m are:

  • Non-invasive

  • Drug-free

  • Supports, not replaces, veterinary care

Each session is approached with sensitivity to the animal’s comfort, temperament, and tolerance. Pets are never restrained or forced to participate.

A Shared Philosophy of Care

At soh:m, we believe wellness extends beyond the individual.
Pet wellness is offered with the same intention, care, and respect as our human therapies — creating a calm environment where both people and their companions can feel supported.

Red Light Therapy for Pets

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of visible red and near-infrared light that penetrate the skin and are absorbed by cells.

In both human and veterinary wellness contexts, red light is used to:

  • Support circulation and tissue comfort

  • Encourage cellular energy production (ATP support)

  • Promote relaxation and ease in the body

For pets, sessions are delivered gently and at appropriate distances, allowing them to rest comfortably during exposure.

PMST for Pets

PMST / PEMF (Physio Magneto Super Transduction) uses low-frequency magnetic pulses that interact with the body at a cellular level.

In animal wellness settings, PMST is commonly used to:

  • Support natural cellular communication

  • Encourage relaxation and recovery

  • Promote overall comfort and mobility

Sessions are non-contact, silent, and passive, making them suitable for pets who benefit from gentle, stress-free care.
